Why I Only Eat the Highest Quality of Food

Just one minute ago before sitting down to write to you, I just finished eating the juiciest pear imaginable. I had carefully picked it at my local health food store, and set it on the kitchen counter for nearly a week so it could ripen naturally. The green flesh; the creamy insides dripping with flavor. The texture of gritty silk as I bite down on the flesh. It was so juicy that I had to bend over the kitchen sink to eat it.

I eat the absolutely best food ever. And you can too…

Last month in Evolyfe magazine, James Wong wrote an article about how to live a higher quality of life. It’s such an amazing and bold declaration to choose to live a higher quality of life. Living a higher quality of life is truly a multifaceted project.

When you decide to live a higher quality of life, there is one part of that exciting adventure ahead of you – eating the highest quality of food.

I’ve had years of experience working towards the highest quality of food.

Part of that journey means seeking out higher and higher qualities of foods, herbs, products, equipment, and more. There have been struggles along the way – quests for items that seemed out of reach.  Foods that left a bad taste in my mouth.  But when the source is found; when the item you seek is in front of your hands about to be consumed – that feeling is priceless. At that point you’re literally eating a treasure.

If you want to start living higher by eating higher, It’s so simple to begin: start with the right mindset.

Decide, right now, that you want to eat the best food in the world.

Say to yourself:

“I eat the best food ever.”

The first time I told myself, “I eat the best food ever,” I was half joking around. I didn’t take it seriously. It seemed impossible at the time. Eat the “best” food ever? What does that even mean?

Eating the best food ever is a mindset that propels you to greatness.  You unconsciously put the ideas in your mind that you eat higher quality foods.  That mindset works on your everyday life to make better and better food choices.  You could start from rock bottom, eating fast food three times a day, but when you decide that you eat the best food ever, you begin to think about those food choices.  “Is that really the best food ever”, you ask yourself.  The mindset works through you, it changes you over time into the super being you want to be.

When I got serious about eating the best food ever; that’s when the magic happened.

New foods seemed to appear before me – in restaurants, in the grocery store, family dinners. People were offering to send their food products for me to try. One day I got lost in a neighborhood, only to discover what is now one of my favorite grocery stores. I found new authors that took me in wild new directions. Every day was an exploration. Every day was something new.

Day by day I found out what it really means to eat the best food ever.  At this point after years of exploration, I have come a long way.  I’m now in the maintenance phase.  I’m more choosy than I used to be.  Then again, with all the foods I eat, I truly eat like I millionaire.  Actually, I eat better than a millionaire…

Just say to yourself… “I eat the best food ever.” Really mean it, then let yourself be taken on a wild ride, and watch what happens.
